Syzslak started in October 2002 in Philadelphia Pa. Kate and Joe were living in
Denver and planning to move to philly to start a band. Kate called up Mr. Yanni
Popadopalis of Stinking Lizavetta and asked if she knew a guitarist looking for
a band. 10 minutes later Brian(who just moved to philly from Dallas) called him
and asked if he knew a band looking for a guitarist. A few Weeks later they met
and then started to create the beast that is Syzslak. The band has just gotten
louder, heavier, and more intense through time, Constantly touring, writing and
putting out new material.
